4  无症状高尿酸血症的治疗
    　　
　　急性痛风性关节炎发作的可能性随血尿酸水平的增加而增加，但高血尿酸症的患者只有5%～12%发展为痛风。除非因血液系统恶性肿瘤化疗和放疗致细胞破坏增多血尿酸生成增加，通常认为无症状的高尿酸血症者血尿酸水平在470～530μmol/L 无需降尿酸治疗。大多数学者认为，高尿酸血症与痛风之间并无本质上区别，可视为痛风的早期阶段。主要应寻找高尿酸的病因和相关因素，进行对因处理。血尿酸过高者应予别嘌醇治疗［14］。器官移植患者中痛风的患病率高，有明确高尿酸血症或痛风病史的患者，在移植后可同时根据肾功能情况给予降尿酸药苯溴马隆或别嘌醇等治疗，才可以减少痛风的发作。
    　　
　　总之，痛风虽然是一种看似不致命的普通疾病，但是高尿酸对患者造成的痛苦和危害是很大的，其已发现的危害和防治的研究还只是冰山一角。为了开发更好的防治方案，需要我们今后更加深入的研究。
