　　holders of a secondary school diploma from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the German-speaking community in the Kingdom of Belgium, maturity diploma of the schools with German as language of instruction from the autonomous province of Bozen, but also graduates of bilingual secondary schools, which end with a bilingual German examination

　　holders of the German Language Diploma (Level II) awarded by the Conference of Ministers of Culture

　　holders of the Central Advanced Language Test of the Goethe-Institut, which was obtained from a Goethe-Institut or another institution given the right from the Goethe-Institut to award this certificate

　　holders of the Minor or Major German Language Certificate, both of which are awarded from the Goethe-Institut on behalf of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich
