语言课程类别：强化英语课程(IELP)

简介：

　　Our English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELAS) program is designed to:

　　1、develop English language skills for the next step on the pathway to university, or

　　2、to improve your general level of English and your knowledge and understanding of English speaking cultures.

　　It is offered throughout the year at five levels. Students who successfully complete English Level 5 can move on a pathway through our English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program, into a degree program at USQ.

　　The program has 5 levels of English study. Each level may be completed in 10 academic teaching weeks, and courses are 25 hours per week.

　　Classes are usually quite small (18 or fewer) with students from a variety of countries. This allows you to build confidence and make friends easily. As the program is delivered on the USQ Toowoomba campus, you are able to mix with students from Australia and approximately 100 nations around the world.

入学要求：

　　1、所有申请者必须年满17岁;

　　2、雅思成绩要求：

　　没有雅思成绩的申请者需在开学前参加南昆士兰大学的分班测试，以决定进入的班级。

语言课程类别二：EAP课程

简介：

　　The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program is designed to prepare students from non-English speaking backgrounds for university education.

　　Classes focus on introducing you to the academic conventions and expectations, as well as developing the language skills needed to succeed at university in Australia.

　　EAP is offered at two levels EAP 1 and EAP 2, and both are 10 week programs. On successful completion of EAP 2, you will gain direct entry into a USQ degree program.

入学要求：

　　1、申请者必须为持有学生签证的国际生，或居住在澳洲的母语为非英语的学生;

　　2、申请必须完成自己国家的高中课程或澳洲高中的12年级

　　3、申请者必须满足入学英语水平

　　EAPI：雅思成绩最低5.0分或同等水平;

　　EAPII(本科课程)：雅思最低5.5分或同等水平;

　　EAPII(研究生课程)：雅思最低5.5分或同等水平;
