　　6月10日，官方机构Collegeboard放出通知，10月份香港的SAT考试时间会发生变化，从原来的10月11日改为10月25日。但是其他国家或地区如中国澳门、中国台湾、泰国等，仍然是10月11日。

　　消息一放出，引起一片哗然。因为这就意味着，众多考生为了赶上美国大学本科提前申请(EA/ED)的截止日期，也许不得不绕道选择其他地区考场。

　　此时就面临一个问题：作为一大考点的香港考场，每年10月的考试人数都要达到1万人以上，在那么多考生要转战的情况下，其他考点能否容纳如此多的考生人数?

　　记者在官网Collegeboard上发现新加坡、澳门等地的考位目前已经全部满额，还在等待后续考位的放出。

　　据某SAT机构介绍，SAT每年都会根据报考情况不固定的放出各地的考位，所以目前根本不知道其他地区会放出多少考位，甚至有些焦急的家长们守在电脑旁边刷新考位，希望能够赶上11号的考试。

　　那么，到底11号的考试为何如此重要?香港考点延期到底带来了什么影响?

　　延期对申请的影响

　　一般情况来说，如果学生要申请报名截止日期在11月1号的学校，参加香港25号的考试可能会来不及。因为SAT成绩出分一般需要三周，即使对截止日期在11月15号的学校来说，时间也相当紧张。
