　　【题目】

　　今年办公人数增加了，但是office space rent 没有相应增加，问解释。我选的是增加的办公worker的employer在今年之前已经有long term的办公space了

　　【逻辑分析】

　　这题不难。办公人数增加了，space rent应该增加了。但是租金事实上没变。显然，说明新增加工人的这些单位并没有新租space，那说明他们本来就租了。

　　说的形象点，现在有100个工人，如果他们去苹果公司工作，那么因为苹果公司本来就有办公楼，所以不用新租房子了;但是如果他们给鹤鹤工作呢，由于鹤鹤是小屌丝，木有办公楼，那招了他们，等于说就是鹤鹤自己开始创业了，那就要租地方了~~~~所以，其实意思就是说，新多的那些办公的，都是去已经有办公楼的地方，而不是自己重新创业的。

　　我们看狗主选项：增加的办公worker的employer在今年之前已经有long term的办公space了。如果有long term的，那其实就是暗示，是已经有办公地点的了，所以，人多招了，但是既然本来就有地方办公，就不用再租地方了，挤一挤就好。
