脑科学与心理科学专业简介

The Brain and Mind Sciences program strongly promotes the idea of interdisciplinary research, broadening the scope of investigation to address disease areas of the brain and mind rather than disparate biomedical disciplines. It is the link between basic and clinical research that is particularly promoted by the Brain and Mind Research Institute.Students develop an understanding of the cognitive sciences and neurosciences, and how mechanisms operating at the molecular, cell, network and system level subserve normal brain function. They gain a working knowledge of modern methods for scientific and clinical investigation of the human nervous system, alongside an awareness of recent research developments.
