　　V1.某集团的某产品在一些连里面销售不错。所以他们计划打算自己卖(在超市里面)。有一个投资经理忽悠客户叫他们赶紧买这家公司的股票。因为上面的原因。还有一个更搞笑的，该公司CEO是“前”摇滚明星。具有recognition知名度，能号召Young什么的购买力。

　　V2.讲的是一个young rising company 扩张了自己的业务，并且为了company的成功给出了两种预测——第一个是由于员工的极力推荐，可以使这个这个公司的发展获得成功。第二个是由于该 company 的CEO是一个rock star，通过该CEO的star power也可以促使这个young rising company 获得成功

　　V3 说有间clothing is the new trend for youth APparel，然后Financial Analyst 建议investment firm to purchase this company based on the following。因为：1.the company has been profitable in past 5 years 2.Management has been very agGREssive in expansion. They plan to open 125 stores this year 3. CEO is a former rock star and the album has been the top sales. The star power will be Influential

　　某后起的服装公司专门生产迎合年轻人潮流的牛仔裤等休闲衣物，　之前五年都是通过零售商销售的，销售连续增长。最近这家公司准备建立自己的销售渠道，在商场里设自己直营的专卖店。我们建议客户马上去买他们的股票。　因为1.这家公司很有实力，管理很激进。2，他家CEO是一个有若干金曲的前摇滚明星，在年轻人里有知名度，可以保证销量和品牌效应。

　　V5 by ledazhou一个分析员给投资公司经理的memo：关于crow衣服公司，此公司自己生产了好多衣服什么的，在美国有好多店都帮这个公司卖。然后此公司打算expand business，主要是打算在美国全国开设自己的专门店。分析员建议投资公司immediately买此衣服公司的stock，说因为潜力很大– 衣服公司的拓展异化和管理人员的新战略。另外，此公司的ceo 是以前一个很有名的rock star，并且有出过很多hit的专辑，所以靠她的知名度可以更加成功。

　　思路：

　　* 过去5年盈利不保证将来也会盈利，新的销售渠道的建立(改变销售渠道)可能会对销量产生负面影响

　　* 不充分：有实力管理激进不能推断出股东能获利

　　* 前摇滚明星有知名度有粉丝，但管理好公司还需要专业的CEO

　　* 前摇滚明星不能保证在未来的一代青年人中一直保持高知名度

　　# 衣服卖得多了很可能是全国经济形势好了不一定跟他们公司产品质量好有关系。

　　# 在别人的outline卖得好他们自己可能不会管理卖的不一定好。

　　# 一个摇滚明星，还是过气的摇滚明星，要管理不一定会管理要人气没人气，这种人当CEO靠谱么?

BY宝宝和尚：5、V1 by rachelpzy说最近因为对石油开采技术的要求下降，许多研发石油开采技术的公司都出现了利润下降和股票价格下降的问题。然后B.C.这个公司以前是从事石油开采技术研发的，为了规避风险避免损失什么的(大概是这个意思)，BC的manager采取了一个新的措施：让他们公司的scientist switch their to researches on renewable resources。(然后就是重点来了：)因为renewable energy成为现在一个booming的industry。许多从事研究利用renewable energy，比如说wind power， solar power和*** (具体名字不记得了)等power的公司 have been successfully developed in recent years. Thus， BC的manager认为，如果他们这个新的strategy will successfully put the profit and stock prices in a safe place from any future decline.
