　　普林斯顿大学是常春藤盟校之一，2016年 USNews排名全美综合大学第一名，该校今年录取率仅有6.46%，再创新低。

　　当我初中的小伙伴们得知我被普林斯顿录取以后，都很惊奇的跑来问我：“你到底做了什么惊天动地的活动才俘获了高冷的普林斯顿招生官的心？”然而并没有什么惊天动地。

　　入学时WLSA Fudan才刚刚建校一年，于是我抓住了一些日常规章制度和活动措施还没有建立完善这个机会参与到学校的建设中去。高一创立的模联社已经成为全校规模最大最具影响力的社团之一，我与社团的成员们成功举办的跨校模拟联合国大会也成为学校的重要年度活动并进入了学校的招生手册。

　　从高二开始我便参与了学校学生会的建立然后成为活动部的负责人。我与同学们一起构建与发展学校传统活动、与当时的活动部总监一起研发了学习课外活动管理审查机制并一直沿用至今。

　　高三，我延续了自己对于对学校活动和建设的热情。除了对于传统活动的继续完善以外，我还在学校的招生部门帮忙，帮助学校一起招收天赋异禀的学生。

　　普林斯顿的非正式的校训是“ 为国家服务，为世界服务” 也许它正是看中了我在这个刚刚兴起的学校中扮演的不可分割的角色，以及我为这个社区所作出的贡献。

　　When I receivedadmission to Princeton, a lot of old friends in middle school come to meastonished, “What on earth did you to get into Princeton.” The answer: nothingspectacular.

　　The school hadonly been established for one year when I first came in. A lot of dailyregulations were not yet in place and there weren’t many student organizations.I took advantage of this and grabbed any opportunity to take part in buildingthe school.

　　I started theModel UN club when I was a freshman. From ground zero, I have built it to oneof the most popular and most influential clubs in school. In the second year,we successfully hosted an inter-school Model UN conference that attracted morethan 50 delegates from 14 different schools. In the third, the conference hadbecome one of the annual events of the school and both of the conferences havefind their way into our school’s admission booklet.

　　In my junior year,I was elected Head of the Activity & Clubs Department of the studentcouncil. We established a comprehensive set of rules and procedures managingstudent clubs. We also started the annual Christmas party, Sports Day, andsenior prom, which all went on to become indispensable elements of WLSAculture. The next year, I was elected President of the Student Council.Learning from shortcomings in previous years, we devised a Constitution thatfuture students could use to keep these traditions intact. We also took theunprecedented move to shoot the school’s first admission video to help attracteager learners from all parts of China.

　　In the Nation’sservice and in the service of all Nations is Princeton’s informal motto. Maybe this is exactly the part of methat had attracted Princeton: to be part of a community and to have shaped itsfuture.
