  1. Do you think mobile phone is important to you?

  Analysis:

  Sample Answer:

Well, yes, mobile phone is quite important. Nowadays it is necessary to people in daily life. Firstly, it is a helpful tool for contact, especially in emergency; Secondly, it is good for entertainment. I can use my iphone for games, music and watching movies. It is amazing invention for the young.

  2. Do you think advertisements are necessary?

  Analysis:

  Sample Answer:

Yeah, they are necessary. Somebody would say advertisements are boring and hateful, but let’s imagine, if we cannot get familiar with the brands and advantages of the goods, how can we distinguish the products? How can we make selections in the markets? Therefore ads are important to supply the information of products for consumers. And they can gain a lot of profits for producers and media. To them, ads are quite important.

  3. Describe a trip that you did not make as you planned.

  Analysis:

  Sample Answer:

Last summer vocation, I planned to have a trip with three of my friends to the beach of Qingdao. We all like swimming and sunbath. We hoped that would be a wonderful pastime and we were looking forward to the trip.

Unluckily, the day before the trip was beginning, one of my friends told us she could not make it on the date we determined. We did not want to cancel the trip and also nor went the trip without her. We had to change it for a mountain-climbing.

Mountain-climbing: the weather, fresh air, picnic, the scenery on the peak of the mountain

  4. Do different people think of traveling differently?

  Analysis:

  Sample Answer:

Yes, people think of traveling differently. I think the reasons lie in their backgrounds, jobs and interests. For poor people, traveling far with a huge expense is a luxurious thinking. They would not like to spend a sum on traveling. They think traveling is unnecessary. But people who are teachers mostly like traveling to broaden the horizon, which is good for their teaching. Some people are crazy about traveling, but some prefer to stay at home with a computer. They are quite different.

  5. Are there any differences between business trip and tour?

  Analysis:

  Sample Answer:

Yes, there are a lot of differences. But the most important difference is the purpose. When people are on business trip, they would like to find business opportunities, such as their customers or partners or the markets for their products. However, when people go for tour, they like the beautiful sights.
