　　Some universities permit the students to eat in the class，and we can't simply judge it as good or bad，because it both has advantages and disadvantages.

　　Admittedly，we can't ignore the fact that now there are a lot of students who do not get up early and have no time to have breakfast, so the school permitting the students eating in the class seems very considerable because being hungry is not good both for their physical health and study efficiency.

　　However, eating in the class also has disadvantages. For example，the students' attention，to some extend,will be distracted from the lecture by eating and it may lead to low efficiency. 　　The reading text^holds the point that the high tax on people who smoke and buy unhealthy food is of great

　　significance, however, the professor's point is different from the reading.

　　The first point that the professor uses to refute the reading is that high prices of the goods drive people to

　　buy cheap and low quality products, which is unhealthy . However, this is different from the reading, which

　　states that the high tax on the products can prevent people from buying cigarette and unhealthy food.

　　Moreover, contrary to the belief in the passage that smokers will spend more money on medical cost when

　　they pay the same insurance with others, thus being unfair to those who do not get ill. The professor

　　believes that the same tax is financially unfair to the low income people.

　　Finally, the reading says the tax can become revenue, allowing the government to establish new public

　　places. Whereas, the professor points out that the pubic places are not allowed to smoke, for example, the

　　park is unfair for those who do not smoke but have to pay the money.(186)
