Task 3
Plan: The school plans to extend the open hour of the university dining hall to 10pm.
Reason 1: Some students have night classes. It will be convenient for them to eat after class. Reason 2: Students can have late dinner at the dining hall, which is a lot cheaper than eating off campus.
The student in the conversation agress. First, he says last semester he had a night class, and after that he couldn't find a place to eat. This way it's easier for students who have night classes to have dinner after class. Second, the tuition fee includes money for food, so the students should get what they have paid for.
